About Reiki
Reiki Healing is a simple, calming and safe form of spiritual healing. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei meaning “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which means “life force energy”. So Reiki is “spiritually guided life force energy.”
The healer channels energy to the client and this can bring about a deep state of relaxation. Reiki treats the whole person including the body, emotions, mind and spirit and can create many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
You do not have to undress for a treatment and the energy can be channelled with the ‘hands on’ or ‘hands off’ depending on the clients’ preference.
You can learn to channel Reiki yourself and begin the journey of being your own healer, offering this wonderful experience to not only yourself, but friends and family.
